*** COVID-19 UPDATE ***
We are offering a reduced service for NHS hearing aid wearers in urgent need of help with their aids. Please contact us on 01743 342168 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your requirements further.
Hearing Loss Support volunteers provide information, advice and practical support to all hearing aid users in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin.
Our volunteers are trained by NHS Audiology Service and as most of them are hearing aid wearers themselves they know from personal experience about adjusting to a hearing impairment.
Our Volunteers can spend as much time as is needed to ensure people know how to make best use of their hearing aids in all sorts of everyday situations. We can offer this support through:
- Home visits - someone will come and see you in your own home
- Residential and Care home visits- to provide help to individual residents
- Drop In Clinics around the county
- Effective Hearing Programmes
If you would like to find out more please contact us on: 01743 342168 or email email@example.com

Some people need regular visits to be able to maintain the effective use of their aids.
Volunteers also help at NHS repair clinics.
Volunteers receive full training and support through NHS Audiology and Shropshire RCC and are often hearing aid users themselves.
