Coronavirus Update: How We're Helping
27th Jul, 2020
Like all other charities, we have had to make huge adjustments to our way of working. Many of our services rely on face-to-face support, and so have been suspended until further notice. However our staff are working from home, and supporting individuals and groups in different ways as part of a number of organisations working together to do what we do best – help Shropshire communities. Please see below for the latest information on our services.
Volunteer coordinationWe are using our expertise and experience of volunteer coordination to help with mobilisation of volunteers in areas across Shropshire.
Hearing Loss SupportWe are working with the SATH Audiology department to support people who need emergency hearing aid support. This is being done through our volunteers, who are making no-contact deliveries of parts and/or conducting repairs away from people’s homes and adhering to strict social distancing guidelines.
For more information and enquiries on what services our Hearing Loss Support team is
providing, please contact email@example.com or call 01743 360641.
